Nectartek is a CBD extraction company based out of Nevada, their goal at the time was to increase their online presence, increase their sales up 30%, and implement an international sales strategy.
NectarTek™ is a high-volume extractor of hemp. Headquartered in Pahrump, Nevada providing market-ready isolate & distillate in large volume. Their slogan "Safety, Quality & Reliability" is based on the Food Quality standards they applied throughout their production process.

Run a competitive analysis against 7 other extraction companies around the US, proposed a price transparency strategy including the integration of an online store, integrated a lead generation CRM platform launching several multistep email sequences in 3 different languages, targeting international markets, developing relevant landing pages and a clear call to action.
In CBD, where new regulations and consumers are emerging nearly every day, the landscape is so dynamic that each company has a responsibility to get the most up-to-date facts and analysis, the overall CBD market is becoming increasingly fragmented as various countries have vastly different approaches to the CBD industry.
1. The company's website needed to include more information about its processes, and infrastructure and improve its SEO organically, by adding a News room & a Resource center to its webpage.
2. Nectartek needed to start building a social presence, I recommended following the existing company aesthetic and creating engaging visual content.
3. The company needed to improve its SEO, I recommended integrating a newsletter & a resources page into their webpage, improving keywords, and meta descriptions, and taking advantage of their recent partnership with Exceltor labs to backlink each other posts.
3. Prices among competitors were very diverse, ranging from half the price to almost 3 times Nectartek's listed prices. This fact seemed to be related to the certifications achieved by these companies, so I recommended Nectartek update its GMP certification and pursue an ISO certification to back its quality claims.

A/B tests proved that a more lighthearted tone would drive more conversions, and reviewing the analytics of the email deliveries is very important to know which leads are showing more interest, through CTR analytics, times the emails were opened, etc, adding some extra customization for them can go a long way.
Updated their websites backend, improved SEO by adding a newsroom & a resources page, wrote a total of 8 articles based on the keyword selection from a competitive analysis, increased website traffic by 10%
Integrated an online store to their existing site as a part of the price transparency strategy we decided to go through.
Added an Instagram plugin to display the latest instagram posts at the bottom of the homepage.
